I was tasked with tackling the vegetation and flora of the world in the early development of Ascendant:Infinity.
This was the first pass done in the blue-sky phase at a very early point in figuring out how we wanted the forest to feel and look, and how we wanted to convey the "alien" feeling.
All of these were done by generating alien-feeling ideas in zbrush and then overpainting them in photoshop.
