I did the full design process for the assault rifle, named battle rifle in game, of Ascendant: Infinity.

This gun was the first to be developed, so before making specific designs this line-up of style examples was done to get a direction for the guns overall. 03 was the most liked, and ended up being part of the later line-up.
This was the line-up of options of the direction for the assault rifle. 01 and 04 were both chosen as contenders to move forwards with.
The next step was to test the modularity of the gun options. In the game you can swap parts, so I made quick example modules to see how flexible and varied the guns would come out. This is the first gun I tested.
